How do I create a feedback link?

Go to your dashboard and click “New feedback request”. You’ll get a secure link to share by email, message, or QR code.

My link says it’s expired-what now?

Create a new link from your dashboard. Expired links can’t be reused.

How do I request a skills sign-off?

From your dashboard, choose “New skill sign-off”. Enter the skill name and share the link with an assessor.

Is ReflectRN just for nurses, midwives and nursing associates?

It’s designed for nurses, but can be used by staff across the NHS and wider healthcare sector, including HCPC-registered professionals.

How do I log CPD?

Go to CPD → “Add entry”. Record objectives, learning, impact and actions. Add links or references if useful.

Can I reopen a feedback link once it has expired?

No. For safety, expired links can’t be reused. You can create a new link at any time.

People say the form won’t submit?

Ask them to refresh the page and try again. If it persists, contact support with the time and link.

How do I change my email or password?

Open My Account → Profile or Password. Passwords must meet complexity rules.

Can I print my CPD log?

Yes. Use the print option on the CPD list or include it in the Revalidation Pack.

What evidence should the assessor include?

Brief observations, level of supervision, outcome, and their name/registration number.

Can assessors edit after submission?

No. They can submit a new response if needed; you keep the audit trail.

Who can see my data?

Only you can see your dashboard. Shared links collect responses without exposing other data. Exports hide third-party emails and patient-identifiable info.

Will my colleagues see my other feedback?

No. Only you can see your collected feedback. Colleagues only see the request you send them.

Can I export my feedback for revalidation?

Yes. Use the Revalidation Pack to export a clean PDF with names anonymised appropriately.

How do I export to PDF?

You can select "Print" then "Save as PDF" via your browser.
